Holmz Finder allows agents from any agency to work with us in order to fulfil our clients' needs. Holmz Finder allows vetted agents to submit properties to buyers who are searching for a new home.

Through Holmz Finder, Holmz believes we can make the real estate industry more inclusive for all agents, whilst helping our buyers find their dream homes!
Commission Splits
A very important aspect for all agents is the commission splits when working together. We wanted to make our system accessible to everyone, and for this reason, have decided to continue the industry standard of a 20% commission split.
This means that upon the successful sale of the property, Holmz will receive 20% of the commissions receivable from the sale.
